Community Reservation on Clemency!!

It would be a nice idea to give rebate on imprisonment with respect to the cast & religion.
For eg. SC/ST prisoners will get a 50% rebate on the duration or fine. Etc...

You would be thinking that I m exaggerating things in a sarcastic way.
Its true that I m sarcastic… but, that is the road ahead leads India.

Every body would have heard about the presidential pardon controversy of Muhammad Afzal , the primary accused of the parliament attack case.
A Lot of people are dying to give him pardon. Some at least want to put off the death sentence with regards to “Ramzan”.

Finally Supreme Court again came into act to tell that cast, religion and political expediency can not be grounds for clemency.

But still I am not getting why all these people are crying for his clemency.
They would be telling about humanity and things like that.
But human consideration should be given only to human beings.
I can not consider a creature as human being for whom killing has become a business.

I remember the interview of Afzal in CNN-IBN.
He admitted that his role in the parliament attack which caused death of some police personals. But no where he expressed his guilty feeling.
He told, he still believes that what ever he has done is right.
Also he told that he has done it for financial merits.
His advocate recollected that Afzal took one week to decide on whether he needs to apply for presidential pardon or not. His confusion was that if he applies for presidential pardon whether people will think it is the acceptance of sin.
So that creature even does not want people to think in that way.

Now tell me!!! Whether he deserves any kind of pardon?
