The papal controversy!!

I have seen lot many instances of politicians in India bluff some thing even to the media and later on if it invites controversy, they simply apologize.
For us it’s a common thing. And we don’t care that.

But the recent papal controversy is some thing different.
Like all of you I also read that…
In a lecture in
Germany on Tuesday, the Pope His Holiness Benedict XVI quoted a 14th century Byzantine emperor who wrote that the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) had brought things "only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached".

Story does not end with that. It invites lot of protests across the world.
And finally His Holiness apologized.

Hilarious!!!

What whole these mess indicates?

Does Joseph Ratzinger have any thing holy in him?
He is just like any other politician..
But all Christians like me do not want a politician to guide them.
All Catholics see POPE as their Holy Master just as living GOD.

No true Catholics can forgive Ratzinger..

Cardinal Ratzinger was well-known as a hardliner and people expected lot of innovations from him when he has become the new POPE.

But we never expected these much innovations.

With his thoughtlessness he invited lot of problems..
And we Indians who have lot of diversities in our country predominantly with religion are going to affect with that more..
With his foolish remarks he made all the Christians’ life in danger.

President Bush and many other Western leaders also often make negative remarks about Islam, but their remarks do not evoke the same kind of anger because they are political leaders, and are usually ignored by the Muslim leaders.
But as head of the Catholic Church, the Pope is an important religious leader, and negative remarks by him acquire a special significance, and they are, often incorrectly, seen as representing the views of the Christian religion as a whole---or at least of the Catholic Church

So, Who can forgive him …???

Mr. Joseph Ratzinger …… Are you really fit for the papacy?
